At Lobster AI, privacy isn't an afterthought—it's the core architecture. We strictly limit what we can see to the absolute minimum required to keep the lights on.

1. What We See

• ✓Your Email Address: We need this to identify your account, send you invoices, and help you recover your password.
• ✓Usage Volume: We monitor how much you use the product (e.g., number of tasks executed, API tokens consumed) solely for billing purposes and system stability.

2. What We Do NOT See

We have designed our systems so that we do not have access to the granular details of your work.

• ✕Your Content: We do not read your emails, chat logs, documents, or the specific outputs your AI generates. These are processed within your secure instance.
• ✕Your Credentials: Any API keys, passwords, or tokens you provide to OpenClaw are encrypted. Our team cannot decrypt or view them.
• ✕Training Data: We do not use your private business data to train our foundational models. Your proprietary information stays yours.

3. Our Commitment

We operate as a "blind" infrastructure provider. We supply the secure cloud environment and the AI agent software (OpenClaw), but you hold the keys to the data processed within it. If you have any concerns about data residency or specific security requirements, please contact safety@lobster.works.
